This subject (described as a 30-year-old six-foot 180 pound male Caucasian with a beard) was last seen wearing a baseball cap, snow boots, snow shoes, green wool or green tight sweatpants, a black slicker or windbreaker coat, and a green colored backpack with the hydration tube system built-in.
